WHAT WE ARE ABOUT
There is consensus amongst scientists that humans are changing the Earth’s climate. These alterations are having significant impacts on natural ecosystems.
The challenge for scientists is no longer to document whether the climate is affecting nature, but rather to forecast where, when, and how severe these impacts will be.
Our online databases for intertidal biomimetics and Belize Mesoamerican Barrier Reefs are now active. We have over 15 years of intertidal logger data from all around the world.
Find out what projects we have going on. Our undergrad intern Sophia Ly developed interactive pages on our funded projects.
Our undergrad intern Tim Briggs and M.S. Student Emily Duwan developed the Helmuth field guide video series.
Our INSHORE international collaborators ran a lecture series for the Marine Science Center Three Seas students.
